However, it also includes how you communicate your offer to potential customers and how people feel when they engage with your brand.
Why does your company need a brand identity?
If you’re not clear on your brand’s identity, you may leave customers feeling confused or unsure about your company. Intentionally choosing your brand’s personality and presenting it to the world helps you attract more of the customers you want to serve. It also helps you make decisions that align with your brand’s mission and vision. This allows your company’s actions to match its message. After all, a company’s unique identity also includes the impression it leaves on its customers. Sometimes you control the message, and sometimes you don’t.
