Hosting two large-scale corporate events—a corporate dinner in an empty warehouse and Christmas party—presented unique challenges for Tyonek Native Corporation’s busy team. With tight deadlines and numerous details to manage, they needed reliable event support to bring their vision to life.
SweetWater coordinated all elements of the dinner event, including lighting, entertainment, and activities, turning a simple warehouse into a stunning evening experience. For the Christmas party, we leveraged our trusted vendor relationships to secure a DJ and photobooth at short notice, providing peace of mind to Tyonek’s team during a busy season. These efforts allowed Tyonek to focus on their priorities while SweetWater delivered memorable experiences for their guests.
SweetWater was hired to create an overview video, encouraging the congregation to participate in the campaign. We also created a website that is intuitive and user-friendly, along with a take home booklet to serve as a reminder of their commitment to give. Through these efforts, along with the generosity of the congregation, First Baptist Huntsville raised over $8 million.
